South Strand Assembly of God would like to extend our thanks to our local BI-LO store and the Lions Club.

On December 15, the South Strand Lion’s Club made a donation of $7,799. to the South Strand Assembly of God Food Bank. The Lions Club, in partnership with BI-LO in Surfside Beach, raised the funds as part of “The BI-LO Charity Classic,” which is BI-LO’s annual fundraiser to benefit selected charities in their market area. This donation is very much appreciated at this time of the year when local food banks see significant increases in
requests for food at this time. BI-LO also promotes selling $5 bags of groceries which are a blessing to our food bank through out the year.
We also want to thank Food Lion and Lowes Food for their contributions.
We are truly blessed.
